Are there any upcoming celestial events? - celestial shower curtain

All meteor showers, a bit cold up there? I am ready to observe the sky. A website, a newsletter of events? Thank you!

Here is a site that is able to help you stay updated with astronomical time. This is to show a video, where to look and what to see and is updated monthly:

above.com sky high ephemerides of planets, comets, ISS, Iridium flares, and a few others. skyviewcafe.com a great applet that shows the exact position of stars and planets for the current location and time. It also produces tables of the higher settings of the planets, moon phases and a number of other celestial activity, including the eclipses.

If you can not afford it, so far from city lights will buy a cheap ($ 200 or less) of the telescope. That is the problem. Happy viewing!
